James I wanted you to know how much Jackie and I enjoy the landscaping work you and your team completed last week.  There is always some apprehension when we are not in town and any work on our home is undertaken. Dealing with you has been a pleasure however as the work is beautiful, on time and on budget!

In November 2007, we interviewed James Land to do our landscaping.  We had not known him previously.  Shortly after checking three references, my wife and I contracted with James Land, Land Construction, LLC, to perform a landscaping transformation of our 28 year old residence.  And what a great Job Mr. Land did!  He completely relandscaped our yard front and back with the most up to date design.
 
He listened to our ideas and told us from day one that we would be happy.  Mr. Land seemed to have a depth of knowledge and a confidence that he could handle our job above and beyond other landscaping companies that we interviewed.  He ran into significant problems with our sprinkling system and had to spend several days  to get the system functioning again after tree roots had broken the lines in several places.
 
Mr Land and his crew arrived each morning for work, at 8 am, were extremely curtious and friendly.  They worked very diligently, cleaned our yard completely and then began transforming the work of art.  James Land supervised his crew consistently.  He would often ask for our opinions of certain aspects of the landscape.  He was obviously very interested in our being satisfied.
 
Through the Better Business Bureau, we want to say thank you James Land and wish him Happy Holidays and the most Prosperous of New Years.
